CLASSES


At Jersey Ninja Warrior, our trainers will encourage warriors to incorporate fitness, self-confidence, discipline into their daily lives. Ninja warrior classes help students develop physical and mental skills that not only help them face obstacles on ninja courses, but also challenges encountered in life. During weekly training, Ninjas will challenge their balance, agility, coordination, speed, strength, flexibility, endurance, motor planning, while having fun with peers in a clean, bright, social setting. Classes are 50 minutes once a week. If additional gym time is desired, as a JNW student, our Ninjas receive the added benefit of half price open gym during that season.
